What You Need to Know About Your First Day of PSC Classes…
First, students can attend in-person classes even though they have not yet received their COVID-19 test results.
QLabs has notified the College that it is taking up to seven days, minimum, to receive test results. The reason being that QLabs has been requested by the state to prioritize and process tests from locations where they are experiencing spikes in the virus. Therefore, Potomac State College students, faculty and staff may not receive their test results until Thursday, Aug. 20, at the earliest.
Remember, to wear masks and practice social distancing in the classrooms.
Students are also asked to show up for class on time and not to be early to help avoid waiting and congregating in hallways outside classrooms. If a hallway seems congested, please wait outside until class starts.
The College thanks you for being mindful and patient as information and details change during this challenging time. Together, we will succeed.
