Located beside Lough Gymnasium, University Place houses up to 352 students in private doubles (1 full bath for 2 students) and suite style living, featuring a shared shower and toilet area per suite(1 shower to 4 people), with a private sink per room (1 sink to 2 people). University Place is a co-ed facility by suite.
This renovated residence hall was named after the Potomac State mascot and features multiple living options (singles, doubles, quads, and suites), a fitness center, community lounges, a quiet study lounge, centralized laundry, cable television, electronic locks, Internet hookups for each student, and off-street parking. This building is located within a four-minute walk to the center of the PSC campus.
Located on the southeast side of the quad, it houses up to 54 co-ed residents and features several options for single rooms and a more relaxed atmosphere. This brick residence hall was named in honor of West Virginia Senator E. B. Reynolds, son of Francis M. Reynolds, the person responsible for introducing legislation that established the College.
Friend Hall offers accommodations for 98 co-ed residents. It is located on the southeast side of the quad. Named after Lloyd L. Friend who served as the first principal of the West Virginia Preparatory School (one of the College's previous names).
Memorial Hall is located on the northwest side of the quad. This hall is co-ed and houses up to 44 residents. It is accessible to students with physical disabilities. This brick residence hall was named in honor of 40 young men who lost their lives in World War II.
Davis Hall is located on the north side of the quad. This hall houses up to 108 residents in double and quad occupancy rooms. The facility also features the Davis Conference Center, a newly renovated space for large programs and special college events.
